ECCO2 Solutions AG has reported a strong increase in energy efficiency gains and CO2 reductions in 2024, underscoring the growing impact of its advanced heating control technology.
Over the course of the calendar year 2024, total heating energy savings reached 19’999 MWh, compared to 11’932 MWh in 2023, an increase of +8’067 MWh or +68%.
CO2 emissions reductions followed a similar upward trend, from 2’266 tons in 2023 to 3’714 tons in 2024, marking a +64% increase year-over-year.
ECCO2 increased its average heating energy savings in 2024 to 20.4% across its entire optimized portfolio, up from 18.1% the previous year. This improvement reflects the performance of its NARA AI-powered solution, including its continuous learning and improvement.
In parallel, ECCO2 surpassed a significant operational milestone:
The company now optimizes 2’500’552 m² of heated space across 906 sites. This includes 450’000 m² added in 2024, thanks to the expansion of existing deployments and the launch of new projects.
